In order to be considered for this amazing gift, applicants must meet the following criteria:

​

· San Diego -Active Duty or Veteran (within 36 months of separation) or 

 

Washington State- Veteran (within 36 months of separation)

​

· Does not currently own a reliable working vehicle

​

· Is financially challenged

​

· Is able to insure and maintain the vehicle

​

· Has a valid driver’s license

​

· Has proof of income/employment

​

· Has a safe driving record

​

· Lives or works in San Diego County, California or Washington State

​

· Has a compelling story that will help them stand out to the donor.

​

· Is willing to undergo a background check by the donor.

​

If you or someone you know is an Active Duty or Veteran service member living in the required areas, that meets the above criteria and will benefit significantly from receiving a free, completely restored late model car, then please submit your/their stories for consideration.
