Working closely with the Vice President, the friendly, professional, dynamic individual filling this full-time position ensures efficient and effective office operations by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies; and leading a team of administrative volunteers.

Programs Coordinator

STEP’s Programs Coordinators serve a crucial role in supporting STEP’s overall mission. The position organizes, coordinates, recruits, and stewards all volunteers throughout STEP’s programs; coordinates warehouse and other support programs; oversees the daily operations of STEP’s warehouse; and engages the community in achieving STEP’s Mission.

Development Manager

The ideal candidate for this position is a dedicated development professional who enjoys leading a team to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment. Under the direction of the Vice President of Philanthropy and as a member of the Development Department team, the Development Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of fundraising and supervises Development staff members.
