Social Worker (2 positions)

Under the direction of the Social Work Supervisor, the Social Worker is responsible for building a positive relationship with service members and Veterans seeking services and to leverage that relationship to help them begin building strong financial futures. These goals will be achieved through Evidence Based Practices of Solution Focused Approach, financial counseling, financial education and, when necessary, financial grants.

Vice President of Philanthropy

The Director of Philanthropy oversees all aspects of development and fundraising at STEP. This role involves strategic coordination with other departments,  and leads the 6 person development team. Responsible for a $2.4M FY24 fundraising goal, this role collaborates with staff, volunteers, and partners. With STEP's national expansion plans, the Director will spearhead fundraising efforts, including a projected $6.5M Capacity Building Campaign.
