1 in 4 military families are food insecure. That number is far too high.
So, we decided to do something about it. Each month, we host free walk-up and drive-thru distributions in San Diego (for information about support in areas outside of San Diego, contact your local STEP office).
But this is just one way that we fight food insecurity.
Our Financial Wellness Counseling program addresses chronic financial stress. That's how we fight food insecurity long-term.
