Alexis joined the STEP team in March of 2024 as a social worker. She is a seasoned professional with a background in both social work and military service. Following her 8 years of service in the Air Force, Alexis transitioned to civilian life and pursued her advanced education and earning her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.

As a social worker at STEP, Alexis continues to positively impact lives by providing essential support, firsthand experience, and knowledge, as well as resources to military families. In her free time, Alexis likes to play video games and spend time with her son. She also enjoys traveling the world and experiencing new cultures and scenery.
