Dale Hopkins is one of our Programs Coordinators and has been a member of the STEP team since May 2026. Dale received his Bachelors in Business Administration for National University in 2024 and is currently working towards a Masters Degree in Public Administration. Dale has over 10 years of experience working within the military and veteran community through both his enlistment in the United States Navy and his service with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Dale's goal is to deliver long-lasting support and resilience for servicemembers, veterans and their families through community outreach. While Dale consistently works to build a stronger community, he also enjoys improvisational theater and hiking the beautiful Southern California backcountry.
