A U.S. Air Force veteran from a long line of military service, including her parents, grandfather, uncles, and cousins, Stephanie brings a deep personal connection to STEP’s mission. As Operations Manager, she oversees the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the organization running, encompassing finances, logistics, systems, and strategy.

Originally from Long Island and now raising three young kids in San Diego, she balances spreadsheets, snack schedules, and the occasional sanity-saving hike, all while helping STEP support military and veteran families across the country.
